One Dollar Project Inc (ODP) is a licensed Australian charity that aims to develop self-sustaining, humanitarian projects to poverty stricken communities in developing countries. ODP is slightly different to your regular charity.
First, our members only donate $1 a week.
Second, we establish projects that are self-sustaining.
Our projects are designed to solve a problem in a community which in turn helps empower the community out of poverty. Our goal is to provide long-term solutions without continuing any financial injections – our projects sustain and pay for their day-to-day running costs – and most importantly they help communities in need.
