Project 22 was to drill a shallow well for the community of Gubani Village in Tana River County, Kenya. The residents of Gubani village walk daily to the seasonal river to collect water. The water from the river is not fit for human consumption and is also shared with their livestock.
ODP drilled a shallow well near the seasonal river but unfortunately the well ended up being dry.
