There has been a delay in completion of the Shallow Well in Rumbiye Village. Down the well they encountered hard rocks and it costed them some time to break through to get to the water. Below is the email received from Br Salim our contact on the ground and picture of the ongoing project.
Project 15 they are working out the final touches and we are expecting it to be complete in the course of next week and we shall send you the pictures of the complete project as soon as we receive them from the field.
